Boglárka graduated at the Faculty of Law of University of Pécs, in 2006. Before joining the Firm, she gained experience at Hungarian and international law firms. Boglárka advises multinational companies in the field of employment and corporate law.
She is experienced in providing legal advice regarding employment and corporate law issues in connection with company acquisitions. She took part in numerous due diligence processes as well as bankruptcy and liquidation procedures. Boglárka is currently finishing her employment law expert studies while she is a college lecturer as well.
