Marianna graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 1984. She is a practitioning lawyer since 1986. In 2005 Marianna earned a post graduate degree in EU Law at University of Pécs.
She has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and labour law.
She is the Head of Labour/employment practice. She was the leading lawyer on many M&A transactions, and managed several significant mass redundancies. Marianna also advises major international corporations on media, IT, Intellectual Property and Copyright matters.
