Virág Balogh gave a presentation about the national legislation concerning commercial communication and the case law of Gazdasági Versenyhivatal (GVH) at the seminar “How to avoid getting fined for unfair advertising?” held by HVG Orac. The seminar was the first of three similar ones held by the organization.
