For years, our lawyers have been advising a market leading company in mobile telecommunications on all IT system projects, including the most complex integrated system procurement.
Our Firm was the first law firm to participate in a newly developing area combining Information Technology with telecommunications when we advised a client on developing a legal strategy for the introduction of mobile payment services. Our lawyers developed all the commercial, IT development and licence contracts between the mobile operators and the technical service providers. This ensured that mobile subscribers are able use their mobile phones to make payments.
Dr Marianna Csabai is a member of the arbitration panel for the Telecommunications Tribunal Court, and Dr Andrea Lindner is an appointed member of the Council of Copyright Experts.
