Litigation and dispute resotution
The Firm has extensive litigation experience in various commercial, labour law, civil and administrative cases and in Hungarian and international arbitration proceedings.
In spite of our success in the court cases, our Firm puts emphasis on the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) out of court. We often represent our clients in non-litigious proceedings and mediation processes.
We also successfully represented our clients in IP cases defending the clients trademarks, copyrights, and in a case the database rights against infringement and successfully obtained injunctions.
We advised a major investor to settle 16 pending legal proceedings out of court and we successfully completed the settlement. The Firm has also prepared submissions and complaints filed with the Constitutional Court and based on the submission the Constitutional Court ruled the given act anti-constitutional.
